Whiteboard Fox is a real-time online drawing website, created around 2014 by Mark McLaren.

Bad Qualities

  1. The only way to enter a server is to enter its ID on either the home page or the link bar on your browser.
  2. That also means they cannot show their names which makes it difficult to recognize who is drawing something.
  3. You cannot be an administrator of a server, and because of that, you cannot kick users out of servers, leading them to always scribble everywhere on them.
  4. There is no way to change the brush size, which is a problem when trying to fill in colors inside outlines.
  5. The eraser tool is poorly made.
  6. At times, users can get kicked out from servers for unknown reasons.
  7. There are even tools and colors which are locked behind a paywall. Even Aggie.io has a color picker, and it's 100% free to use.

Good Qualities

  1. As advertised, it is mobile-friendly, which means artists who only have a smartphone or tablet can also draw on the website with barely any lag.
  2. Unlike Aggie.io, servers have unlimited sizes.
  3. The concept of drawing with others online in real time is pretty well written on paper, although poorly executed.
