Whiteboard Fox is a real-time online drawing website, created around 2014 by Mark McLaren.
Bad Qualities
- The only way to enter a server is to enter its ID on either the home page or the link bar on your browser.
- That also means they cannot show their names which makes it difficult to recognize who is drawing something.
- You cannot be an administrator of a server, and because of that, you cannot kick users out of servers, leading them to always scribble everywhere on them.
- There is no way to change the brush size, which is a problem when trying to fill in colors inside outlines.
- The eraser tool is poorly made.
- At times, users can get kicked out from servers for unknown reasons.
- There are even tools and colors which are locked behind a paywall. Even Aggie.io has a color picker, and it's 100% free to use.
Good Qualities
- As advertised, it is mobile-friendly, which means artists who only have a smartphone or tablet can also draw on the website with barely any lag.
- Unlike Aggie.io, servers have unlimited sizes.
- The concept of drawing with others online in real time is pretty well written on paper, although poorly executed.
