The "wrong" bit is simply subjective. It's like Jeremy Clarkson claiming that "If you don't like the Lexus LFA, then you're wrong." By stating the phrase in a subjective way, Jezza emphasises his love for that particular car.
Normal people think its wrong because they're normal, straight people, and therefore may have difficulties in uderstanding LGBT+ etc. Not liking these queer or trans people is okay. But claiming that these people shouldn't exist or forcing other people to accept/hate them, then you have a serious problem.
