I have implemented an "abuse filter" to prevent certain actions from being repeated that just result in pages having to be edited to remove such content later, as explained here:

If it's causing issues or you need to edit a page and the edit is disallowed for whatever reason, admins can disable the filter if need be. It's a powerful tool that could screw over legitimate users if you are not very clear what is not allowed (similar to how Wikia's filters mess up perfectly good edits at times), so I tried to make the filter be very specific in what it doesn't allow to be added to pages, but if it still causes issues, disable it and let me know.
Given whom it was created for and because I figure it's less severe than having to block people, I wanted a more merciful option that wouldn't result in having to revert changes and repeatedly admonish people when we could prevent certain unacceptable content from being added at all.
If you feel I have overstepped my bounds, please disable and mark as deleted the filter in question.
