I did it.

GethN7 (talkcontribs)

And ED thinks it's as shit as I do. Way to go.

RoboticJeffy (talkcontribs)

OH SHIT! There goes my article its now gone.

GethN7 (talkcontribs)

Saw the reason they deleted it for? Take it to heart, get over your silly grudge, and move on with your life already.

Masson Thief (talkcontribs)

Better said, do not waste more time with that guy. Nobody here is saying that he is worthy of any form of respect.

RoboticJeffy (talkcontribs)

Looks like I have to recreate it in my blogs

GethN7 (talkcontribs)

Better yet, I've had enough of this. I'm going to ban you.

I want to make clear this is not being done lightly. You have been told time and again to drop this pointless grudge, be happy you have a place to edit constructively, and more than one admin has told you to cut it out, but you refuse to drop this, and our community doesn't need your nonsense.

I'll leave open the ability to appeal your block on your talk page, but frankly, it otherwise sticks unless I'm overruled.

Masson Thief (talkcontribs)

I am not used of overruling other sysops' blocks. I feel that doing that would mean that I should be the only administrator on these wikis. Only once I overruled another admin's decision and that was only because the user asked to be blocked, a wish that should never be granted for obvious reasons.

He must learn how to behave on wikis, unblocking him won't make him learn. We will give him the ability to use his talk page back in several days, hoping that he calmed himself by that time.

About that, is it easy for staff on this site to block admins?

GethN7 (talkcontribs)

Not without just cause, and that means they must have clear proof an admin or bureaucrat is abusing their powers for no reason. In this case, I left clear cause, provided a means for the blocked user to appeal, which they refused to do, and Miraheze policy is to let local disputes be handled locally unless they can prove an admin acted improperly, and as can be seen by the linked page above, the matter was considered properly handled by Miraheze Staff and up to our discretion.

As for your willingness to allow this user to appeal again assuming they've got a cooler head a few days from now, that sounds fair to me, and I hope they can give a good explanation for their actions, promise to cease making trouble and go back to being a constructive editor.

GethN7 (talkcontribs)

Like you, Masson, I really want to be merciful and let him appeal his ban after a few days, but after seeing this, I doubt that's wise:

Masson Thief (talkcontribs)

Another smear campaign YouTube video. Surely only a few days to unlock his talk page feel to be too little time now. Now he will have to wait one month (and I feel I am being too kind), and the time will increase every time he will do something immature like this. He surely knew external criticism of our wikis is highly disliked by our userbase, given how many times it happened, yet he still made a video on YouTube and that's frankly hard to overlook when considering his unban.

Hey guys, let me deal with this angry kid since he's a friends of mine and he has a YouTube channel. If he doesn't want to cooperate with me, I guess I'll have make a rant video on him of me dancing like a fool.

Masson Thief (talkcontribs)

You can try to make him see reason if you want. I don't think that video would be necessary though.

Mar9122 (talkcontribs)

Oh yeah, I already dealt with him, sort of. He apologized, but I told him to come to Atrocious YouTubers Wiki rather than Rotten Websites Wiki.
