- They for no reason refuse to give information on why a user has been globally blocked. Seriously, how the fuck could that be bad? If the user allows it, why couldn't they tell the truth to people who asked? - They support the admins whenever they unfairly ban people. "Admins have the right to ban people whenever they want".

Things you should maybe add.
In my opinion, you should add this
FANDOM Staff have terrible handling on issues involving homophobia, transphobia, etc. Whenever they see a transphobic or homophobic comment, instead of warning the user and telling him/her to stop being transphobic/homophobic, the user instantly receives an infinite block and the Staff will NEVER let him/her appeal, even if the user is not homophobic/transphobic anymore.
I'm continuing this here: the reason I'm telling you this is because I experienced it myself: I said a transphobic comment once, which I really regret doing, but whenever I try to appeal (I have to create multiple accounts because no matter how many emails I send, they end up ignoring me permamently), they say that why I did was very inapropiate and that there are "very strict rules" on that kind of comments. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!?!?! I'm not even a transphobic person anymore, I have learned it's wrong but they still whine about that!
Hey, were you Gilben? I saw you got blocked forever and got your account disabled then unblocked. FANDOM even lies about the infinite blocks, I used to have one on my account named DoritoFan80 but they just disabled it and unblocked it 3 months later. Now I'm on the website as Inferno8890. I'm unblocked so I'm not breaking the rules.
Also there was this guy named Futuristichub (that 1 mil sub ytber) who threatened people with false legal action and he didn't get blocked forever.
and especially PKMNLivesNew.
that guy is a troll, vandal, harasser who complains that he gets harassed...how hypocritical.
Yeah I was Gilben. I'm right now talking to the staff through emails. An idiot said that he's happy I changed my behavior but that he won't change his mind on the block. What's wrong with him?
And the account is not unblocked. You can't even access it.
Really, FANDOM (Wikia) is gone full SJW nowadays.
Yup. They take it too far.
If they were just as they claim to be, they would unblock you. But they won't because they are corrupted administrators and also bigots. If you want to keep using their site the only thing you can do now is to use another account without contacting them again. This way they won't spot you.
Actually, I even created another account (I have made about 4 or 5 accounts so far) and they blocked each one of them except the last one I've created. In fact, I contacted them through this account and, as you'd expect, they say - with no reason nor explanation at all - that they are not lifting the block. However, this time, an idiot said that "he is happy that I changed my behavior and that he stated the Staff may do another review if I ask them a couple of months later" yeah fuck you, and why not now?
I've even edited on this last account, multiple times, and nothing happened.
Who's the guy who said this to you?
George Marbulcanti, aka Kirkburn. Also, that other idiot Brandon Rhea was the first I talked to and was the first to ignore me. The last (and second) thing he told me is something among the lines of "the behavior you showed towards the transgender user is far beyond acceptable". Of course it is, but it's not UNFORGIVABLE.
My advice: if you can still edit somehow, just do it and forget about them.
I imagined it was George Marbulcanti, he is one of the saner staff members on FANDOM but not one of the highest in hierarchy, thus he could not lift your block. The real problematic ones there are SemanticDrifter and BertHall, aside from the obvious Brandon Rhea.
FANDOM, What the fuck?
Just report the error to Avast, it's a FalsePositive.
I had that same error with a Wiki. Reported it to Avast as a FalsePostive, and they fixed.
I had that too.
Hey, what language is that?
Because I'm from Indonesia, and that's my native language.
FANDOM blocked me for three months for fake reason was Spam, but I never did this there, but the blocking is going be expired in April 22
FANDOM needs stops blocking people with fake reasons the people never did
Out of nowhere?
Yes, they blocked me in January 22, but it expires in April 22, yeah, FANDOM is in a big problem blocking people with fake reasons people didn't make
Did you try to talk to them and have your block removed?
Oh, here's yet another bad news for all of us. PKMNLivesNew was unblocked on FANDOM, today.
Of course he got a shorter block than our users. He showed leftist political views after all.
NO! NOT PKMN! ANYTHING BUT HIM!
I found something else, our network was mentioned on this wikia site called internetwork wiki. https://internetwork.fandom.com/wiki/Reception_Wiki_Network#
"Nostalgiatards on almost every page"? But for some reason I am pleased by that page.
Holy shit! I gotta make an article about it on Flawless FANDOM Wikis & Users Wiki.
Ladies and gentlemen, just a polite warning: You are free to complain and say whatever you like about FANDOM here, but PLEASE do not start anything there.
Take some advice from someone who started his own community elsewhere because I didn't like what the original did, it's better to have your sandbox and enjoy it peacefully than to attempt to mess up the one you left out of spite.
"You are free to complain and say whatever you like about FANDOM here, but PLEASE do not start anything there." - GethN7
Lol. What's that even mean?
Basically, you can complain on Miraheze about Wikia, but don't go to Wikia and complain to them.
Well, you can, but you'll get banhammered for it, so might as well stay here to do it.
He is right Mar, FANDOM the happy friendly place where everyone wears a friendly façade to hide their grumpy and hostile behaviour is extremely trigger-happy with blocks.
Pretty much like We Happy Few game. Makes sense.
Not to mention that fact that they are creating a "no creating wikis with fetish/ecchi content in them" rule after closing all of the wikis that were called "fetish/ecchi" in the first place.
I legit don't know how to make a blog (is that the term?), so I have this to say.
Abysmal Roblox Games Wiki got closed. Pkmn didn't do it however.
A user named TheBowlOfBeshbarmak got bureaucrat rights and turned the wiki into a chaotic hell.
Edit: Turns out it wasn't Bowl's fault
Edit 2: Turns out it's still bowl's fault
Of course it's not Bowl. People are making lies about it.
Watch out for PKMNLivesNew. He might come to Miraheze to get revenge on you.
I'd love to see UglyRat try. Try being the keyword.
I can't wait, this wiki service allows wikis even if they are dreadful critics of entertainments and people so he won't be able to do a thing about it and we will be able to block him as much as we please and as long as we please.
This is why I left FANDOM. Don't regret it.
I wish I could leave too but there are wikis that count on me.
Animated Muscle Men Wiki of FANDOM got closed down...
While I was working on the project recreating PKMNLivesNew incident, I tried to click on the link to the wiki, but it's seems like it got closed down for no apparent reason. I guess I'll have to improvise my scripts, then.
It probably got closed for being a fetish Wiki. IIRC, a FANDOM staff member told someone that they're giving Wikis that are designed to document fetish fuel scenes in things like games and movies the boot.
How could that wiki be that fetish for muscles?
It is to FANDOM staff but there surely were pages about porn on that wiki.
True, I created an article for characters in hentai. I did however make rules that sex scenes and hardcore scenes weren't allowed.
I meant category not article.
I know, I surely wasn't trying to say FANDOM staff was right about closing that wiki.
FANDOM thinks anything nowadays is inappropriate.
Also FANDOM closed down Cartoon Pregnancy Wiki without reason why
It must because of the same reason. I also think it isn't a coincidence that wiki was founded by Grust, FANDOM staff must have investigated every activity related to Crappy Games Wiki's users.
No wonder they disabled my FANDOM account for themselves.
Smells like inquisition to me. However, if you want to know what happened on that wiki, I heard PKMNLivesNew went there to harass Grust and calling his wiki crappy and was later blocked because of that.
Isnt this a good thing? I mean I am a recovering addict and tbh Im tired of seeing stuff like that and apparently there seems to be a wikia for everything as that is the cheapest wiki engine to use.
It depends. What I know is that they deleted Animated Muscle Men wiki but they leave unsettling fanfics alone, even if they are about kids shows.
And yes, it is the cheapest wiki engine. It even runs an old wiki code.
I think it was a business decision and also I heard that they are going to create a rule saying "no creating wikis with fetish/ecchi content in them".
What do you think of this?
I find it a big relief.
Shouldn't this have been done a long time ago?
Why FANDOM disabled my account?
You got unblocked, which proves that infinite global blocks aren't even infinite, they just disable your account a few months later. Same thing happened to me.
No they didn't, doofus. They disabled my account while I was blocked. While it's nice that globally blocks don't last forever, if they took me in a first place, but they didn't have to kill of my account! WTF man?
Could I still use it despite being disabled?
There are inactive users on FANDOM for even 10 years and their accounts aren't disabled. Nope, you cannot use it anymore. The same thing happened to that EnglandIzMyCity guy (he told me his global block was forever). After I disabled my account in January, for some reason, they also removed the global block in March.
FANDOM FUCKDOM are just fucking hypocrites.
Everyone simply has to understand that FANDOM staff acts as they please, nothing more nothing less. If they want to block you globally, they do and if they wake up one day and want to disable your account even if it was only a temporary block, they disable it.
The block on my former account (DoritoFan80) was permanent. So, they could just say: 3 months, but you'll get your account disabled after that. My current FANDOM account (made after I got unblocked) is Inferno8890.
Can't even delete my wiki
So, I created a wiki about my own world I've been working on these past few years, but as soon as I saw the mechanics of the website, I gave up. Given that I usually am not a very understanding person when it comes to these kind of things, I wanted to delete the wiki. But I couldn't find anything. So I went to search on Google how to do it, and apparantly you can't even delete your OWN wiki, without asking the admins? Like why? Apparantly, they delete your wiki only with a reason, and they won't do it if your wiki has more than twenty pages or something. Like, what? If the author of the wiki wishes to delete it, he should be able to do it easily. So, frustrated, I wanted to at least set it on private, but that's impossible because they think that everything should be public. I'm pretty sure they never mentioned anything about that, or am I wrong? When I went on creating this wiki, I read that the website is for people that just want to do their PERSONAL content, too. But no option to make it private. It doesn't make sense. Am I the only one mad about this? Am I understanding it correctly? Or am I freaking out over something that's not a big deaL?
There is truth in what you said. Have you tried contacting FANDOM staff and ask them to delete your wiki?
Also, you should create an account if you want to keep editing here, we are about to switch off anonymous editing.
I still make wikis
What's the point?
I just made a wiki where you write Stories, Fanfics, Creepypastas, and Scripts.
I wish Trollpasta here on Miraheze wasn't closed off.
Why they deleted it?
Scripts huh? This could be a good idea for my next project of Five Ways To Destroy PKMNLivesNew series of episode 5 for the finale once I get unblocked on FANDOM.
Please don't do anything else involving PKMNLivesNew (or UglyRat, preferably), we have a foregone victory even if he doesn't know that. Let's just go with him being a anti-SJW and we can put it to bed.
(I guess UglyRat too believes in multiple definitions of "social justice warrior", unfortunately for him he's delusional and actually does not at all want social justice. That's quite a comparison between him and us.)
Nobody wants Trollpasta. I think both Shoutwiki and Referata would also delete it.
Would Miraheze work for Trollpasta?
Trollpasta Wiki could work if managed as an archive of existing trollpastas and newly written trollpastas, without the childish and obnoxious heavy never ending mockery that existed on the original wiki due to the corrupted administration staff who let it slide everytime.
They already deleted it.
Trollpasta exists on Miraheze though... but we need to do something about those permission errors first, and then adopt it if possible.
We should ask a steward about this, because no page can be viewed as of now, not even the list of the admins.
(i'm doing this since the page is locked to edits) On #3 in "why it sucks"(the thing about auto-playing videos), the sentence starts with "The videos", I'd change that to say "The auto-playing 'Featured Videos'", as i'm sure that's what FANDOM calls them.
Once the small suggested edit is made, you can delete this thread.
