David Alejandro Pascual Argueta also known as Jade, Shantaly Shy, ValdroxX Studios, Cristali & Zafiro, Cristali & Zafiro Toon!, or Cristali, is a 20-year-old Guatemalan "animator" and "artist" who joined YouTube on August 6, 2014. He is hated by the art, animation, and even the Rule 34 community for tracing art without giving credit to the original artists, pedophilic acts towards girls under 18, and making a profit off of stolen artwork.

He got arrested in April 11, 2019 shortly after PeachyCub told her parents of what he did to her.

Why He's Rotten

As mentioned before, Jade is a pedophile. He only does art to lure in little girls so he can do pedophilic things to them when he forms a good relationship with them.
He kept tracing artwork from many other artists such as Rossali, Wolfychu, Stariaat, and made profit off of them without crediting them. Examples include:
- He traced and stole AlexandraTale's fan art she made for him and turned it into his "cartoon style," as seen in the picture above.
He used rotoscoping as a pathetic excuse to trace even more art without credit. There is a difference between tracing and rotoscoping art, by the way.
He only credited the original artist if he likes their art. If he doesn't, he doesn't credit them, leaving the original artist forgotten.
He's very manipulative. He blatantly lied to his fans to think he's the good guy.
His "animations" look very stiff and lazy because of the tracing and lack of fluid animation (he uses image manipulation very badly).
- He also copied and pasted the same heads/assets for his OCs Cristali and Zafiro in every animation meme, which proves he's gone lazier.
He had a habit of putting satanic and disturbing messages in his animation memes. For example, his Пока Лена Проблем Meme has satanic and disturbing pictures in the background, like the Illuminati and the image of demon Baphomet.
- As seen on his Bye Lena Problems meme, he drew Cristali and Zafiro making anti-semitic gestures, which was known as Roman Salute.
  - Irony: He even called Archy a "nazi" just for having a German accent.
Speaking of lying to his fans, he also pretended to be a teenage girl when there's already proof that he's an adult male. Sounds familiar?
According to rumors, he almost got not one, but two people to commit suicide.
He used sub bots, which explains why he gets so many subscribers despite the controversy and the terrible things he has done.
There's an Amino fan club for him who think that pedophilia isn't a big thing when it is.
Hypocrisy: He claims that he is "Family Friendly," but his videos are very inappropriate for kids.
He kept changing his nationality (from Guatemalan, Spaniard, American, British, and now Chinese), nonstop, resulting in him having lies from his multi-nationality nonsense. In fact, his true nationality is Guatemalan.
To make matters worse, he once asked three minors for nudes. One of them, PeachyCub, unfortunately sent him explicit images of herself, and got a hold of child pornography of her.
- People also told Peachy that he posted the nudes on his Patreon and that Shantally asked for Peachy's ID to try to traffic her.
He hides Pedobears in his videos, which is funny because he is a pedophile himself.
He seems to have bad English due to speaking mostly in Spanish.
- His description is laughably bad because it is full of broken English. Just look at it: "Cute entertainment, animations with cute girls, Cristali & Zafiro the pretty sisters, shorts, short skirts, cute clothes adjusted for animations. Animate Rotoscoping"
His OC's, Jade, Cristali, and Zafiro are bland, one-dimensional characters that are easily forgettable. That's why he made a terribly-written fanfiction for them because he thinks that giving his 3 OC's character development can make people "forget about his pedophilic acts," which is a terrible excuse to hide the drama he started.
- Take Jade as an example (the dark and edgy rabbit in his current profile picture). She is poorly designed, such as having a large forehead, and to having ears that are way too big for her. Even Shantaly's way of drawing anatomy for her is terrible. It is also a rip-off of Stariaat's OC Nova.
He had a disgusting obsession with his former girlfriend, TemperFlash, who is now aware of Jade's pedophilic activities.
Speaking of his obsession, he also tried to harass Temper to make her guilty which is a poor attempt to get her back to him.
He said that he and his fans are a "family", but in reality, he never cared about his fans, he only uses them for fame, money, and manipulating them to believe his lies.
- He also called the people he likes, including TemperFlash, his "amiibos", which is very disturbing.

What's stupid is that he threatened someone with calling the police for telling the truth.
He used to obtain the email addresses of people he hates. He recently leaked Nawnii's email so he can send his fans to harass her. Not only Jade was encouraging his fans to cyber-bully and witch-hunt her, but his fans are also supporting him and doing what he says, which shows more evidence that he uses his fans for harassment. Fortunately, she got many support messages from her followers and fans and got minimal hate emails (possibly from Jade).
One of the reasons why Nawnii stopped making videos on him is because he blackmailed her. Fortunately, Nawnii lied about not making videos on him after he got arrested two hours after she made the video saying that she won't talk about Cristali anymore.
People have been trying to claim his OCs as theirs when his OCs were very controversial due to being used to lure in girls that were under 18 years old, either teenage or underaged, for lewd acts Jade has committed.
Has done many other pedophilic actions overall:
- Sent Rossali NSFW of her OC on her Deviantart.
- Sent uncensored porn to a minor.
- Made and traced NSFW of Sucy Manbavaran from Little Witch Academia who's a 16-year-old.
He has tried to get away from the police with many desperate ways. Examples include:
- Manipulating YouTube to bring his channel back by lying on Twitter. He claimed he lied about committing suicide because YouTube terminated his channel.
- Constantly changing his username, making it harder for the search engine to identify him.
- Much like DaddyOFive, playing the victim card and tried to look innocent when he got caught. He said that evidence against him is fake or photoshopped even though it is legit proof. Even when he got arrested, he still used that excuse.
- Deleting comments and gave any video that exposes him false copyright strikes even though it is fair use, which is against YouTube's Terms of Service. It gave Nawnii a point that he is abusing the YouTube Copyright Strike system, forcing her to stop making videos on him.
- Lying to his fans that he is moving to Canada so he can hide from the police.
- This video, about protecting children with a mobile application.
One of his partners, Techmo 64, continued to harm TemperFlash even after Jade got arrested by grooming Temper. He bought a plane ticket to fly over to come see Temper after he discovered she was suicidal. While Techmo was dating her, he raped her.
