Luis A. Candel, known as Lincar Rox and MixxMasterMedia, is an infamous internet animator and user, infamously known for doing very horrible things to cartoon creators like Kyle Carrozza and Vivziepop, also for stealing and tracing animation from other people.

Why He's Rotten

1. He notoriously stole art and animations from other artists to apply for jobs in the animation industry.
   • He also stole the layout of Kyle Carrozza's website to use in his website.
2. He traced animations from other people to animations that he worked.
3. He wanted impregnate the creator of Hazbin Hotel, Vivziepop.
4. He impersonated Raymond Spüm (John Kricfalusi's pseudonym) and Spümcø as Raymond Spunk and Spunko.
5. He harassed, stalked and blackmailed various content/cartoon creators under alternative accounts.
6. He drew a sexualized fanart of his 9-year old sister, which is disgusting, since she's a minor.
