Hate Lists are lists of pure hatred especially on TheTopTens dedicated to hating something.

Why They're Rotten

1. They’re very similar to Hate Art and Hate Memes.
2. Repetitive lists such as "Top 10 characters who should beat up *insert Character they hate*" or "Top 10 ways to describe *insert thing they hate*".
3. The comments on these lists are no better as they can either hateful or biased.
4. They went as far as making hate lists that are even sexist and offensive. The "Top 10 Reasons to Hate Boys" and "Reasons to Hate Islam" lists are a couple examples.
5. They make numerous fictional characters out of character.
6. Don't disagree with them; you're gonna have a bad time.
7. They ruined the reputation and images of many series, and destroyed many communities.
8. Most of their lists are very biased to shows they love and extreme hatred for shows they hate.
9. They make absurd comparisons comparing things they hate as celebrities and media (series, movies etc) with deadly diseases and even apply Godwin's Law.
10. They're even hate list that aren't from TheTopTens like these.

The Only Two Redeeming Qualities

1. Some of them can be funny to read depending on your thoughts.
2. Some people make them just as a joke.
